This is a vintage Xavier Roberts Little People soft sculpture style baby doll, which are the original handmade cloth dolls that later became known as Cabbage Patch Kids.
The dolls were created by Xavier Roberts and his company, Original Appalachian Artworks, in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
They feature a soft, fabric body, stitched fingers and toes, and yarn hair.
Measurements approx 21"
