Who We Are
We are an indigenous non-profit organization composed principally of youths poised to actively proffer solutions to the teeming issues of the environment and humanity in it.
Our Vision
We work to make diligent; significant and internationally recognized contributions to global initiatives for environmental conservation and the restoration of human dignity, while striving to emerge as a pioneering non-profit organization in Africa, setting an exemplary standard for how humanitarian efforts should be carried out.
Our Mission
To conscientiously address the teeming issues of the earth and humanity in it through altruistic service; by way of carrying out environmental and social sustainability projects, thereby guaranteeing the ultimate welfare and benefit of each member of our immediate society – and self, invariably.
Our Focus
Being the trademark of the Three-Maverick Humanitarian Foundation, the chief focus of TheIam3rd Initiative is three-fold:
Environmental preservation through adherence to the most effective method of waste management following the 3R/5R global initiative as established by the Sea Island Summit of G8 Countries – Waste Reduction.
Our second of the three-fold focus also happens to be three-fold; cutting across issues of gender-based health and hygiene, child nutrition and child education in line with Sustainable Development Goals 2,3,4,5,6 & 10.
The third Focus of the Initiative encompasses unique (and often incurable) medical and mental health issues affecting children and young adults in Nigeria.

Upcoming Projects
At this point in our establishment, we will be carrying out specific projects at targeted areas within the most affected regions in Nigeria.
Pad A Girl
The Pad a Girl project will be carried out at IDP Campsites across Nigeria in line with Global WASH interventions and SDGs 3,4,6 & 10 as the program shall also involve a sensitization, education and counselling session for the girl child on issues of gender based violence.

Alongside the main projects, food items will be provided to children of all genders across ages 0 – 12 so as to aid their engagements in the brief educational and sensitization programs that chiefly define our outreaches.
