True masterpiece. The details are quite stunning on this piece. It features a heart frame adorned with nine sterling silver roses with a wrapped ribbon design. The bale is a lovely bypass loop. Dangling inside the heart is another solid swinging heart with a genuine diamond chip inside. Has some gold overlay elements as shown that are fading slightly. Stamped "AD 925 TK" on the back with script that reads, "Always in my Heart." Lots of lovely natural patina. Heavier piece. Price is FIRM.
