This is a Sansui high-end integrated amplifier AU-α607DR.

The exterior was dirty, but it has been repainted by a professional, giving it a beautiful luster that belies its 30-year age.

Normally, electrolytic capacitors deteriorate after 30 years, but there is almost no degradation, proving its low usage.

Functionally, it has been maintained by an audio specialist.
The maintenance includes reinforced crack soldering, contact cleaning of switches and volume controls, exterior cleaning/repair, and circuit checks using an oscilloscope and tester.
The sound output is even on both sides, with no distortion or crackling.
It produces the soft, expansive sound typical of Sansui's high-end models.
