This is a never used not engraved Webster Sterling Silver Baby Bib Clip. The paper insert says Another Tiny Tot Treasure in Sterling by Webster, and the back of each clip says "Sterling" with the Webster mark. In original, unopened package with original box. There is light tarnish on the chain and surface of each clip. The oval clips measure about 7/8" x 5/8". It's difficult to measure the chain that connects the clip without opening the package, but it appears to be about 5" long. The weight of the plastic package shown with the paper and clip inside is .4 ounces (about 113 grams); the weight of the silver would be less than that, perhaps 7 grams.
