Vintage RARE Gahns Ögonbad And Armstrong USA Clear Glass Eye Wash Cups Pair
Two different vintage clear glass eye wash cups from separate makers, sold together as a mixed pair. The Armstrong cup is a paneled, stemmed design with a wide foot and an embossed base that includes “USA” and an “A” inside a circle (maker’s mark). The other cup is embossed “Gahns” on one side and “Ögonbad” on the other “Ögonbad” is Swedish for “eye bath,” indicating this was produced for a Scandinavian/Swedish-labeled market. Both pieces are thick pressed glass with contoured rims intended to fit around the eye area for rinsing. Both of these cups are a very rare find. that does not come up for sale very often.
