Vintage Porcelain figurine

A Vintage Porcelain Figurine Lady sitting in a chair with a fan in her hand.
Light blue, dark blue and white. She has ruffles around the neck, boutice,and hem of her dress with some of it trimmed in gold. There's a row of whitest gold flowers around the hem of both sleeves.. There are also sprigs of dark and light blue flowers on her dress, except her 3/4 length sleeves, which are a dark blue.
Her hair is a whitest color with rows of curls across the front and down the sides. She has a touch of gold decoration on the side of her hair.
There's a half closed fan in her right hand.
She has on dark blue shoes with only one showing the toe area.
Her chair is white, trimmed in the light and dark blue and gold.
Approx. 7 and 3/4 inches tall x 4 inches wide.
She has ruby cheeks and red lipstick on.
In looking very close to get discrimination, I realize the tip of her thumb on the left hand is broken off. I thought she had it folded toward the palm of her hand. I will add photo.
