This is a vintage Goebel angel candle holder figurine made and stamped Goebel, marked "W Germany". It is made of Porcelain and is a hand-painted angel figurine designed to hold a candle.
The bottom is clearly marked with the number 42 009 09 and the date 1975. She is approximately 4” tall in excellent vintage condition other than just some normal crazing on the glaze.
