Very nice crystal fruit basket with bronze handle. No large chips and I cannot see any, but I do feel two tiny flea bites ...on one on each side of the rim that I mention for transparency.
It was made at the end of the 19th century - beginning of the 20th century by the famous bronze casters in Paris.
The bowl is made of blown crystal, after which a very precise diamond pattern is cut.
This pattern can be found in the crystal work of Baccarat, which was also partly at work in Versailles.
The handle is made of braided bronze which is beautifully gold-plated. Perfect condition... I did remove the pins on either side of the bronze handles and will include them in the dish (for ease of shipping.)
