Items are pre-owned and in very good condition and look to hardly have been used or washed much given that they are vintage. However, I did discover that on the fitted sheet, the elastic had dry rotted. It still might fit fine, but with not a lot of stretch. ***I can leave this out upon request*** Smoke free environment.
These are very nice no iron Percale sheets with pretty green & blue florals. Flat sheet measures 72 x 37.
