Printed in bright lithographic colors with stylized rays and a foreground transport plane - classic mid-20th century US military base souvenir design. Marked M-40 and noted "PHOTOS BY SOUTHEAST AIR CORPS TRAINING CENTER" on front.Backstamped with publisher and printing credits: "EHLE R'S NEWS CO., BIRMINGHAM, ALA." (vertical left) and "GENUINE CURTEICH-CHICAGO 'C.T. ART-COLORTONE' POST CARD (REG. U.S. PAT. OFF.)" (center), and a one-cent stamp box with code 1B-H2067.
