Love this hat! This is a vintage wool Cochet style hat made by Neco. It is sometimes called a “barrel” hat due to its height. This one has two textured ribbons that go around perimeter, and are connected with ribbon loop with tails. It the circumference is 22”. Is marked, NECO 100% wool and is in excellent condition. Great hat!
