Vintage Arnart Hand painted Porcelain Leaf Dish.
Beautiful porcelain vanity trinket leaf dish by “Arnat” it has hand painted rose bouquets with gold embellishments lines and gold trim all around the edges. Great dish for jewelry, use as a lemon plate for tea, or just to serve small appetizers.
The marking on the back of the blue crossed arrows with numbers looks like the trademark originally for the late 19 th century Rococo style Kalk German porcelain, however Arnart creations contracted out the creation of figurines and other decorative items to companies in Japan, Germany, and Taiwan and imported to US in the 1950’, and they began to use this mark.
This piece is in mint condition. It measures approx 10-3/4" L x 3-3/4" W
