Original AFC (AshFlash Corporation) Discoverer II Fluorescent Lantern, a rare battery-operated emergency light from the late 1970s–early 1980s. This example is new old stock, still in its original box with all original graphics intact.
These fluorescent lanterns were marketed for power outages, camping, boating, and emergency preparedness and are far less common than standard incandescent lanterns.
