As shown in the 2nd photo, whoever owned these before me cut off the tag, so there’s a small square of the plastic missing. Otherwise they’re sealed.
Due to the age of these vintage items, I can not attest to how sticky they are now. However, all the ones I’ve used of similar age have been fine.
