These are durable US military Multicam pants.
They are genuine issue with US military markings.
The size is M-R (Medium-Regular), which is a good fit for Japanese people.
The waist is approximately 90cm (see image).
Even those with a larger build will find the thighs roomy, providing a slightly loose and comfortable fit that doesn't feel tight, allowing for easy movement.
The fabric is sturdy, with no significant damage, only slight fading, and is in good condition, so you can expect to use them for a long time.
I purchased these as surplus and wore them once in the winter. The fabric is thick, providing good cold protection. I haven't used them for airsoft or similar activities, but considering they are US military issue, they are in excellent condition with no damage.
