As a side note:
While not recommended by the manufacturer, you can try using refills from other brands, such as EnerGel and Sarasa, as well as the 0.38 ballpoint and Uniball One refills for Zento. Surprisingly, I was even able to use single-color refills from Sakura Craypas' Ball Sign ID Plus (although the pen tip seemed to extend slightly less, it worked normally) and Jetstream single-color refills.
By the way, the Signature Model has a structure that makes it difficult to use refills from other companies.
