Condition:
Obviously, missing the tip of the capital, which is an unfortunate flaw, but the reason it's priced low. There is also some tarnish visible in the photos .Be sure to zoom in on the photos because my opinion of a minor wear may not be the same as yours, although I do mention anything that visibly stands out or causes an item not to function properly.
