Here's a fantastic copy of The Hobbit from 1966 that was printed in the USA by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. This has been in our family since 1983 when it was received as a gift. It is inscribed. This has been well kept since received and has a tight spine and nice, white pages. No stains, odors, writing or torn pages. The dust jacket shows slight aging, mainly on the spine and the hardcover book itself it still a vibrant green. Two things to mention: there is a shadow of an old price tag on the front cover just to the left of the last mountain on the right. It is flat to the touch. Also, the dust jacket spine has a slight layer of paper missing in the title area. From a smoke free home. A great addition to any collection. I ship quickly.
