purchased from barnes & noble. no noticeable damage to the spine other than slight wear from flipping through pages & opening/closing the book several times. with the dust jacket removed, there are slight scuff marks on the surface of the book. please don't purchase if you're a sensitive collector/buyer. photos have been provided to the best of my ability, flash on & off. once sent, i'm not responsible for losses/damages.
note: when opening the book, the left flap of the dust jacket has a pretty gnarly effect. not sure if it's intentional as the right flap doesn't have this effect, but it might be a result of glue cracking due to temperature changes of where it was stored or being exposed to the elements for a long period of time. kind of adds a nice touch to the spookiness of the book!
