TCC red clay pottery red slipware bowl or planter

This is a large piece and I believe it was being used as a planter but I don't know enough about TCC pottery to say if it's a bowl or a planter.... anyways the clay is a darkish reddish terracotta color as photographed above and it's 8.25 inches in diameter by 3.25 inches high and you can see in capital letters on the bottom the incised mark capital t Capital c capital c. No cracks no hairlines no rim chips no flea bites nothing. I was drawn to that irregular almost messy looking white slipware band around the outside.... I think it's just gorgeous but don't ask me why. Super super safe shipper ... 27 years experience.
