Although it's still early for a TCB winter tradition, the black 505 might be the model that received the most requests to be made. Especially from overseas retailers in America, England, and Sweden, who were eager for it, it has finally become a reality.

The fabric is 12oz with black warp and weft. Using US cotton as the main material, with warp threads of and weft threads of , natural uneven yarns were sulfur-dyed black. Since it's pre-dyed, vertical fading will occur, allowing you to enjoy the aging of black jeans.

This time, being based on the 505, the fabric is sanforized. In terms of specifications, the weft threads have a slightly lower number of picks, expressing the worn-out, thin feel of vintage clothing when faded. Therefore, I think it's also good to wash it frequently and wear it for a vintage-like fade.

It's a rare selvedge specification for a 505 base.

The silhouette is slightly slim, with a tapered straight leg. The fabric of the waistband has the grain running vertically = the width of the fabric for the waist is insufficient with single-width fabric woven on an old shuttle loom. Being black denim, it's difficult to judge visually, but the waistband uses double-width fabric woven on an innovative loom, and the main body uses single-width fabric woven on a shuttle loom, reproducing the rare vintage 505 specifications.

□ Regarding Size
Compared to the regular 505, the black is one size smaller.
Sizes 28 and 29 inches are easy for women to wear comfortably.
Because it's sanforized fabric, the range of wear-in is slightly smaller compared to raw fabric, so we recommend a size that is slightly looser than your usual size.
