This blouse is made by the Takuru Turtle artist, who carefully creates each piece by hand.

It's a one-of-a-kind, beautiful blouse with a luxurious cotton-silk feel, and meticulous attention to detail in the buttons, embroidery, and other fine elements.

The cuffs on the sleeves are removable, allowing for various styling options.
