Sylvanian Families Large Red Roof House with Lights / Silk Cat Family / Twin Babies

This is a set consisting of a "Large House with Lights (Used)" from the Sylvanian Families, and a brand new unopened "Silk Cat Family" & "Twin Silk Cat Babies."
I’m not considering selling them separately at this time.
The large house has a faint white stain on the roof from being wiped with alcohol.
There should originally be lights on both the first and second floors, but there is only one, which lights up the first floor only (batteries are not included).
*Update… I found the other light!
I will include it with the set (see image. It's likely that the light will work, but since the second floor light doesn’t turn on, please use it as a spare for the first floor).
Additionally, two other decorative lights are missing.
I will include one table and four chairs.
I have checked as carefully as possible, but please understand this is an amateur inspection.

The Silk Cat Family and the twin babies are both brand new and unused, but there are some scratches on the packaging of the Silk Cat Family.

As a bonus, I will include Hello Kitty wooden furniture (bed, vanity, dresser), but please let me know if you do not want it (images are available).

There is no box, so I will pack the accessories and figures together into the large house, wrap it in a plastic bag, protect it with bubble wrap, and then wrap the whole thing in firm cardboard and secure it with tape for shipping (there aren’t many suitable boxes to fit the house perfectly).
I plan to ship using Yuuyu Mercari service, but depending on the circumstances, I may change it to Rakuraku Mercari service.
