"Awa Shoai Jeans" made using denim dyed with the traditional Japanese dyeing technique "Awa Shoai-zome" (Awa Indigo Dyeing). Because the yarn is dyed by hand by craftsmen, these rare jeans are produced in limited quantities. The yarn used for hand dyeing is thicker than machine-dyed yarn, resulting in a denim fabric with a distinctive uneven texture, completely different from regular 15oz denim.
