This is a very flattering and cute dress by US repro label Stop Staring. It comes in black with red polka dots and features red piping, puff sleeves and a Peter pan collar. The material is a very stretchy viscose/nylon mix. It is labelled a large but this brand tends to come up smaller. Waist unstretched measures 26 inches, length of skirt is 27.5 inches. Only worn a handful of times so in perfect condition.
