This is a Steven Alan Hamilton Lambswool Mock Neck Knit LOOSE FIT in off-white.
I purchased it from an authorized retailer and wore it a few times.

It has a slightly high crew neck and is knitted with a loose gauge using yarn made by twisting two strands of very fine Hamilton lambswool. The fabric has a soft, smooth, and pleasant feel.
It has a narrow fit, with a moderate amount of room while keeping the shoulder width, body width, and armhole balanced.
You can wear it with a relaxed fit that's not too loose.
