Sterling silver, vermeil, amethyst, sapphire ring, tulip, size 7 1/4, P*M

I am selling a sterling silver ring with what appears to be vermeil (gold plated sterling) on the back and inside of the band; I’m color blind so it’s hard to tell. The center stone is an amethyst (unsure if natural or synthetic) and the white sapphires around the front and sides make it into a tulip (you’ll see what I mean when you look at the pictures). The ring tested as 925 and is marked as such along with the maker’s mark P*M, a maker I have yet to identify. The ring is about a size 7 1/4 and weighs 3.22 grams.
