Sterling Silver Multi-Stone Enamel Earrings - Artisan Made

Large, one of a kind, artisan handmade silver earrings with a mix of stone and enamel in a tribal-like design. There is a bottom layer of carved inlay that looks like red or leopard spot jasper, then enameled geometric inlay of spirals and a diamond shape. A round center section of carved black jasper (I don't think it's onyx) is underneath a bezel set, round cabochon of a lovely blue green stone, perhaps eilat. One is a slightly different hue than the other, both mottled with black and a slight bit of brown. These are heavy with a fantastic rustic, earthy quality to them. In excellent vintage condition. Posts are very slightly bent. New heavy sterling backs.

Dimensions: 1.5 inches in diameter (3.5 cm). Center stone is 10 mm in diameter. Total weight with backs is 21 grams (10.4 and 10.6 each).

Markings: Earrings tested as 925. Backs are marked 925. Makers' mark that is 3 symbols: a peace sign, a house, a stick figure. (c) and 1993. I do not know if this is the date made.
