it is a long body PNL. as seen in the second photo there is a brown stain (it is a hard water stain, i did not notice the vest got wet and when i did it was too late). other than that brown spot the vest is in “perfect” (as perfect as it can be with a stain lol) condition. people have told me i could try and dye it with fabric dye but im too lazy for that i just re ordered it lol. I have not tried to get the stain out so im not sure if it will come out or not. It is a 18” panel with an uncut chest strap. Girth is cut to a maximum of 38” and the vest will go down to 20”. price on this item is firm. what you see is what you get please read whole description
