These are RT-hz 14 headphones made by Spitfire.
Spitfire, founded in London in 1999, was known for its reasonable prices and modern design. It also had a base in Chicago, USA, and seemed to be a popular brand not only in Europe but also in North America. It was even sold at top overseas select shops.
The company is now defunct, and this color is difficult to obtain.
Although they are new and unused, the ear pads are likely to have deteriorated over time. There shouldn't be any particular problem if you buy separate covers, etc.
