This album is in great condition. There is some very minor wear to the pages due to the way it was stored (flat) and from using it once to store sticker sheets. There is some light creasing on the back cover (as shown in the pictures), but it really isn't noticeable if you aren't look for it. I quickly transitioned out of sticker albums, so it has very little wear. By purchasing, you are agreeing that you're accepting the item as is. This album holds 5 inch x 7 inch sticker sheets - perfect for kits! It's hard to tell from the photos, but the album actually has a shiny holo effect as well.
