Vintage Silver Tone scarf type clip, stamped, and it looks like Brevet SGDG, but I can not see the first letter of "brevet." This piece is vintage (possibly antique?) does show signs of wear and age with some scratches and tarnish but overall great vintage condition.
I have not tested for silver except with magnet and does not magnitise and weighs approx 26 grams.
