Very unique piece, it belonged to my mother and she had it back as far as I can remember into the early 70's. It may have come from Vietnam or Korea as I had an Uncle in the Army who'd bring us gifts. It's very light weight, almost like aluminum. Very fine detail in black on silver. I can't find any information on this piece so I'm guessing on value.
I'll replace the pictures as soon as I can; I don't feel the light did it justice. Offers encouraged. Please let me know if you have seen one of these before.
