Rhythm Quartz 4RG445 Japan Desktop Pramid Clock with Memphis inspiration from the 80's.
Made of glossy black, clear, mirrored and silver plastic, it is in a very good vintage conservation state with only light scuffs and marks of time or use.
Its quartz machinery is very precise and works perfectly with two AA batteries (not supplied) one for the clock and the other for the rotating pendulum. There is a lower switch to stop the rotary pendulum at will.
The mixture of geometric shapes of the design and the contrast of the neutral tones of the body with the pastel tones of its hands place it as a worthy representative of the postmodern style called Memphis that was born in the 80s.
Measures approximately 7.5" tall, 8-3/8" wide and 3.25" deep. Weighs 1 lb. 2.6 oz.
