This is a repurposed Japanese formal wear (kimono) with a gorgeous orange floral design, now a backpack, which is convenient with a drawstring bag.
It's a remake of a fukuro obi (formal obi sash).
You can take out your wallet, phone, etc. from the side zipper while the top is closed.
