Box is in rough shape. There is an opening on the top right corner of it so consider it open box even though the tape is still there. It might have been opened up as I'm not the original owner. I'm unsure of the number of figures and if there are any missing. I did count dorathy, scarecrow, witch, a child? Conductor? The others could be inside one of the buildings but don't want to open it up.
