Polo by Ralph Lauren half-zip fleece anorak, a parka.
This is likely an item from the 1980s, as it's made in the USA with the green tag.
The fleece itself is made by Polartec, the same company that makes the fleece for ecwcs level 3, so it's a piece packed with the latest technology of the time.
