D. De La Ronde Folk Art Santa Claus Figurine
An unusual figurine of a burly Santa with a full white beard wrapped in a red cloak with a flat beret-like hat on his head. He has bushy eyebrows and cheeks rosy from the cold. He carries a Christmas tree in his left hand and a toy bag, slung over his shoulder, with his right hand. His hands are covered by black mittens, wears a buttoned red cloak and black boots.
A wonderful Old World Santa figure produced in resin or clay and then hand painted, according to research.
Approximately 7" tall x 3 1/2" wide x 3" deep
Signed, dated 1991 for copyright, was signed by Jamie in July of 92 and was number 98/950.
Stands 4 1/2 tall and about 2 wide and deep.
