Early 70s-80s TALON Brass Ring Zip x PENDLETON Blue Tag Cowichan Rare Vintage

I purchased this about 20 years ago, and it was already being sold as vintage, so I believe it's an original piece from 40-50 years ago.

Ring-type brass zipper (brass) not made in the current line.
The front has a brass ring zip with the TALON stamp.
This specification only existed for a limited period in the early 1970s-80s, making it a major point for dating the item.

It features a solid, thick 100% virgin wool construction,
characteristic of old American-made items.
This USA-made Pendleton from this era, especially the Cowichan type, is rare and highly sought after by collectors.

Furthermore, it's a product from Pendleton's old blue tag era,
with details like the thick yarn wool and hand-knitted density that are not found in current products,
giving it a distinct vintage feel.

As it is old, there are some pilling and a few loose stitches.
While there is the characteristic texture of old wool,
there is no damage that would detract from its appearance.

I think it's in good condition for a vintage item.
