Primitive Methodist Hymn Book Early 1800's

This Antique Miniature Leather Methodist Hymnal is a wonderful addition to any collection of Christian collectibles. The front cover has fallen off this copy. The front pages are missing and there is at least one page torn out from the middle. Here is the first hymn found in this copy:

4 Song of Moses and the Lamb
A WAKE, and sing the song

Wake every heart and every tongue,
To praise the Saviour's name.

2 Sing of His dying love ;
Sing of His rising power ;

Sing how He intercedes above
For those whose sins He bore.


/3 Sing on your heavenly way,
Ye ransomed sinners, sing
Sing on, rejoicing every day
In Christ the eternal King.

4 Soon shall ye hear Him say, —
' Ye blessed children, come ; '
Soon will He call you hence away,
To our eternal home.
