This is a Portable Clothes Dryer, unlike any I've seen before.
I found it at the liquidation store.
It's new and clean and never been used. ( I powered it for a few minutes to test it but that is all)
This is actually a really cool unit. Its rated for operation on 110 Vac (basically normal line voltage in a house).
It has rated power of 900 Watts.
It says Model GR363.
It has a knob on top that controls a timer. You can turn the knob to set the time that the heater will run. ( its marked 60, 90, 120, 180, which I think are probably minutes)
The heater is a PTC element with a fan assist to blow the air thru it.
Its designed to heat a volume of space ( think of a shower stall) where you can put your damp clothes till they dry.
I found directions online a couple of months ago. Basically it said to dont put it in a small sealed compartment, etc
