The face has been sculpted with a design knife, router, etc., around the mouth, nose, and eye sockets, and then the entire face was sanded.

Pastels and colored pencils were used for the makeup, and after applying the makeup, it was coated several times with UV matte spray, and gloss was applied to the lips.
