Couldn't find this online anywhere and believe me I looked. Lots of bottles with eye wash cups but nothing even close to this. If anyone knows anything about it let me know and if it is overpriced I will make an adjustment. I have a feeling it's probably underpriced but I won't know until I find it out there in apothecary land!
Nothing printed on it other than the decoration as far as I can tell.
There is a small crack inside the glass that does not go to any edge. I tried to take a picture of it but it's very hard to see. It's on the bottom edge of where they had to manipulate the shape of the eye wash cup.
