Yes - this entire jacket easily folds and fits into this pouch with a drawstring and toggle at the top plus a clip in the back for ease of attachment or access.
Shell is 50D 100% polyester woven fabric in light green (body) and more verdant green (hood).
Is insulating against wind with a durable water resistant (DWR) coating but note it is different from waterproof (not intended as a rainjacket in a heavy rain).
