Layered knit fringe skater/pixie/tutu skirt! The bottom layer is ruffle mummy abstract design with black, white, ruffle and striped mummy fringe overlay. Stretchy knit waistband.
Can also be worn as a tube top! Great for raves, festivals, halloween, mummy/ghost/mermaid/sea costumes and more! I also make matching gloves and leg warmers!
