This is a Montblanc Noblesse ballpoint pen in silver. It's a click-type pen.
There are fine scratches overall and some dirt on the top. Please check the photos. There is no engraved name.
It comes with a giant refill, but the ink is out. As a bonus, there's an unused old refill and an adapter that allows you to use current refills. The adapter alone costs around 2,000 yen.
Length: Approximately 138mm
