Fast forward 20 years and deadly mutations are rampant in the very people he was trying to protect. He sets his sights on Gemini Hospital, whose research has been instrumental in curing mutations, to get their formula for himself and slow the damage.

But the hospital director isn't so easy of an opponent, and Nox finds himself in a sticky situation: he has to work for her now!
