A knitted skirt reminiscent of the dimly lit paper lanterns of Gifu. The patterns drawn on the paper of the lanterns are knitted into the ribs using a technique called eye-plating, and by delicately knitting and layering a cotton-polyester material, the faint transparency of the lanterns when lit is expressed. The inside of the skirt has a tight ribbed bodice, and the layered sheer knit material is connected to the inner rib design, creating a flowing drape and a round, lantern-like silhouette. It can also be worn as a bare top dress, conveying the mood of this season's collection while being highly versatile.
