Brand new without tags, unworn. Very good overall condition with *FLAWS.* There are several surface level dust/dirt spots on the bodice + skirt - see pictures for examples - it looks like these will come out with a spot clean. There is also a small fabric imperfection on the front skirt near the waist seam - pictured - not very noticeable unless inspecting closely. On the interior of the bodice/neckline there are two blue marks - pictured - these are not visible while wearing.
